Susan's mission is for every home-based business owner to create lasting success. Through her down-to-earth and honest coaching style, Susan provides structure and clarity for success, but most importantly, she supports you to Take Action! to get the results you truly want. Susan graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor's Degree in Education and received a Master's Degree in Communication, Computing and Technology in Education from Columbia University's Teachers College. She worked for the San Francisco Unified School District as a Program Coordinator and has built her career in Marketing and Project Management. In 2003 she left her position as Vice President of Operations for a commercial digital photography studio in San Francisco, moved to MAUI and started Susan Kim Coaching, LLC full time. As a coach, she has won several awards including the SBA "Home Based Business Champion of the Year" for Maui County and the Pacific Business News, "Forty Under 40," which honors the top young business people in the state of Hawaii. Today Susan still enjoys living and surfing on Maui and tries to spread as much Aloha as she can!
